We'll talk about your smoking/vaping habits, your triggers, and—most importantly—why you want to stop.
Prepare for Success
I’ll ask you to reduce your smoking/vaping cutting down one or two cigarettes a day or less vapes a day over the course of a week. On the day of your session, you'll avoid smoking/vaping altogether so we can “spike” the addiction—this helps the therapy work at a deeper level.
The Hypnosis Session (90mins)
Your session begins with an emotional detox—clearing your mind of anything that could hold you back: stress, guilt, doubt, or fear. Then, we use powerful hypnotherapy techniques to break the addiction, reprogram your mind, and replace old cravings with positive suggestions that support your new identity as a confident, healthy non-smoker/vaper
