By using this website or booking any services with Hayley Adams Hypnotherapy (“we”, “us”, “I”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Hayley Adams Hypnotherapy is run by Hayley Adams, a certified hypnotherapist based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

2. Services

We offer hypnotherapy sessions (in-person or online via Zoom/Skype) and stage/street hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. Results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once accepted and payment (or deposit) is received.
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show may be charged the full session fee.
If we cancel, we will offer a new time or a full refund for that session.

5. Your Responsibilities

Arrive (or join online) on time.
Provide accurate information about your health.
Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We may end a session or refuse future bookings if behaviour is inappropriate.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Session content is confidential (subject to normal legal exceptions).
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes & Law

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the new version.
